Modular Charter School Quickly Assembles Like Building Blocks

This is why modular building is quickly becoming more than just an alternative to conventional construction.

This public charter school, constructed by Whitley Manufacturing, was prefabricated in a factory, transported to its designated site, and assembled into a permanent facility, ready to welcome back students.

The campus comprises three buildings: two of them are two-story structures, and one is a single-story building, collectively spanning more than 60,000 square feet and consisting of 80 modules. The school design accommodates both conventional classrooms and adaptable learning environments. Discover the assembly process and how everything fits together.
